Expedited packages will likely incure additional costs dependant upon the size of the shipping package and the shipping zone as determined by UPS. Basically the bigger the box and the further it has to go to get to you, the more expensive it's going to be. Please call or refer to the chart below for examples of shipping charges. All expedited orders (Next-Day, 2-Day & 3-Day) that incur additional charges due to size of package and/or distance shipped will automatically be charged at the time of shipping. Your credit card will receive a second charge for the additional shipping charges at this time. It is the Red Zone's policy to ship your expedited packages regardless of the the shipping cost...So please inquire with customer service if you need to know the exact price of expedited shipping. Please don't abuse the Red Zone customer servive staff if these prices are more than you thought. They are only doing what you request and only charging you the exact same prices that we are charged by UPS. There will be absolutely no refunds on shipping charges. Jon Davis ordered 4 items at 3:30AM Tuesday morning. His order will package and ship no later than the following day, Wednesday.

Gina Davis ordered 5 items at 9:30 AM Monday morning. Her order will package and ship no later than Tuesday.

BACKORDER POLICY
All in-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day of the time the order is received. Backordered item(s) will be shipped upon arrival of all backordered items in a particular order, and will be sent UPS ground within 1 day of the final item becoming available.
