**Exceptions: OVERSIZED Packages will incur additional shipping charges. UPS considers a package that exceeds 84" and is equal to or less than 108 inches in length and girth combined and weighs less than 30 pounds to be classified as "Oversize 1" (OS1) and will be treated as a 30 pound package when calculating billable weight. If the package exceeds 108 inches in length and girth and weighs less than 70 pounds, the package is classified as "Oversize 2" (OS2) and will be treated as a 70 pound package when calculating the billable weight. All expedited orders will have the shipping charges automatically changed to the correct shipping charge at the time of packing the order.

Red Zone would strongly suggest that you confirm any order’s shipping cost when you expect that the package will be oversized as these packages will tend to be proportionately more expensive per the shipping costs.

BACKORDER POLICY

All in-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day of the time the order is received. Backordered item(s) will be shipped upon arrival of all backordered items in a particular order, and will be sent UPS ground within 1 day of the final item becoming available. EXPRESS SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS: On Next-Day, 2^nd Day, etc., in stock items will be processed at once to insure timely delivery. Backordered items will ship out UPS Ground as soon as they are in stock.

Example 1:
Jon Davis ordered 4 items at 3:30AM Tuesday morning. His order will package and ship no later than the following day, Wednesday.

Example 2:
Gina Davis ordered 5 items at 9:30 AM Monday morning. Her order will package and ship no later than Tuesday.

Example 3:
Donny Oswald ordered 2 items Friday at 11:30 AM. His order will package and ship no later than Monday of the following week.
